I chose the career because I was looking for a change in my current job and I have always had an interest in geography and cartography. As a child I was always drwaing "maps" for my Matchbox cars on large pieces of poster board. I am always interested in how things got to be where they are and the logistics involved (or not involved) behind those decisions.
